Lakeview Fire District is a combination staffed/volunteer fire service in Tuscaloosa County.  Our team makes a constant effort to ensure the safety and support of our community.  Please feel free to navigate our site and contact us with any questions.  We are always looking for volunteers and previous experience is not required. 

Lakeview Fire Protection District proudly serves more than 4000 residential homes and families in a twenty-six square mile area.  We operate out of two stations with primarily volunteers, although Station 1 is staffed Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM and nights Thursday through Monday 11PM-8AM.

Lakeview Volunteer Fire Department was formed in 1972 and in 1988 Lakeview Fire Protection District was voted in by the citizens of our community. We were the first fire district in Tuscaloosa County. The Fire District is located in eastern Tuscaloosa County and bordered by Jefferson County to the east and Bibb County to the south.
